Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how this application (“the App”) handles information when you use the application on iOS, macOS, or watchOS.

Summary

The App has no servers, no accounts, and no analytics. We do not collect, transmit, or receive any personal data — all information stays on your device and in your own iCloud account. The only network features are Apple’s own: App Store purchases and optional iCloud sync, both handled entirely by Apple.

Data stored on your device

The App stores the following data locally on your device to provide its functionality:

• Session history — date, duration, and focus zone of completed sessions
• Journal entries — optional notes and focus ratings you provide
• Statistics — total sessions, focus minutes, streaks, and focus score
• Preferences — theme, appearance, sound settings, and timer defaults

This data is stored using on-device storage and is never transmitted to any external server.

iCloud sync

If iCloud is enabled, the App uses Apple iCloud Key-Value Store to sync data across your Apple devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account managed by Apple. We have no access to your iCloud data.

Apple Watch

Timer state and statistics are shared between iPhone and Apple Watch using Apple’s WatchConnectivity framework. Communication occurs directly between your paired devices and does not pass through any external server.

Widgets & Live Activities

Widgets, Live Activities, and Dynamic Island read data from shared on-device storage (App Groups). No data leaves your device.

Notifications

Local notifications are generated entirely on your device when a session completes. No notification data is sent externally.

In-app purchases

The Pro upgrade is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment information.

Siri & Shortcuts

Siri Shortcuts and App Intents let you start, stop, or check a session by voice or automation. When you ask for your statistics, the App returns your session count, focus time, and current streak to Siri or the Shortcuts app so the result can be shown or spoken to you. This is handled on device by Apple’s frameworks — we receive none of it.

Focus Filter

If you attach the App to a system Focus mode, the options you choose (duration and focus zone) are saved on your device and used to start a session automatically. Nothing is transmitted.

Links to the App Store

Rate the App, Share with Friends and More Apps open the Apple App Store. When you share, the system share sheet sends only a link to the App’s App Store page to whichever app you choose. We do not track these actions or receive any information about them.

Policy pages in the app

The Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Support pages shown inside the App are loaded from this website so they can be kept current without an app update. Opening one makes an ordinary web request; as with any website visit, the hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) receives your IP address and standard request information in order to serve the page. These pages contain no cookies, no scripts, no analytics and no trackers. If they cannot be reached — for example when you are offline — the App shows a copy bundled inside the App instead.

Data we do not collect

• No personal information (name, email, address, phone)
• No device identifiers or advertising identifiers
• No location data
• No analytics, usage tracking, or telemetry
• No third-party SDKs or advertising networks
• No data shared with or sold to third parties

Data deletion

Delete all session data via Settings → Reset All Statistics. Removing the App deletes all local data. Manage iCloud data through your device settings.

Children’s privacy

No personal information is collected from any user, including children. No account creation is required.
