By downloading, installing, or using this application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

In-app purchases

The Pro upgrade unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed through the App Store and subject to Apple’s terms. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Intellectual property

All content, design, graphics, and code are the property of the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. The App stores data locally and optionally syncs via iCloud. We do not collect or transmit personal data.

Third-party links

The App links to the Apple App Store for purchases, ratings, sharing, and other apps by the developer. Those destinations are operated by Apple and governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.

Termination

We may modify or discontinue the App at any time. Your license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
